Details were everything and no element was missed; with a vintage typewriter station, fingerprint tree, sparkler station, dessert bar and a vintage bi fold door photo station – this evening defined vintage sophistication. With soft antique hues of dirty blush blooms and the contrast of pop red apples set amongst the glow of a warm lit room, set an ambience and atmosphere that truly was a night to remember. This was a yesteryear Brisbane wedding that was truly fun and memorable.

Set amongst the leafy gardens of Newstead Park with the famed Brisbane River as the backdrop, the scene was set for a wedding to be remembered. Baguette Bistrot and Bar played host as the reception venue. Slated black marble floors, dramatic pendant lights, rustic mirrored French doors fashioned a distinct French provincial style, giving the space an ambience of chic sophistication. As the major sponsor of Queensland's quintessential raceday, this event called for an understated sophistication to reflect both the client's and brand as well as the event and location. Inspired by strong linear aspects of the Stradbroke Cup Day logo, key elements of striking maroon and gold tones were incorporated into the relaxed chic environment aptly suited for this grand race day fete.

The story of Hillstone St Lucia began with an enterprising Englishman who built a grand house for his wife and eight children in the 1880s. Its grandeur is still very much alive and well today as the impressive clubhouse looks out over the rolling hundred acres that is St Lucia Golf Course. The Grand View Room played host to the 600 guests of global insurance provider, Mondial Assistance. Silver and crystal candelabras, coupled with red rose detailing and bold black and white table runners provided part of the visual styling that encompassed the Hollywood glamour brief that was provided by the client.

Positioned on the serene Brisbane River, Portside Moda is a key event destination for holding corporate events that are unforgettable. With a simplistic colour theme of fresh white and illuminated hues of pale blue, Colonial First State host their annual gala dinner at this contemporary venue to enjoy a night of impeccable food and heightened ambience that is a night to remember. Silver and acrylic spheres coupled with delicate flowers teased the guests senses evoking the feeling of wanting more.
